What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, improvement-focused role where I can optimize workflows, strengthen QA and SOPs, track performance metrics, and partner cross-functionally to reduce delays and consistently exceed customer expectations.

I’m a Project Analyst focused on workflow optimization and quality management in Data Annotation and Customer Support environments. I combine technical troubleshooting with a strategic analytical mindset to keep operations smooth and customer impact measurable.
