I’m an audio-visual integration and support engineer who blends live/broadcast production awareness with hands-on technical troubleshooting. In my current Audio Visual Remote Service desk engineer role, I diagnose and resolve faults across complex commercial AV installations, acting as a first point of technical contact while minimising downtime through root cause analysis.
My background spans AV install, programming, and commissioning (Crestron, QSYS, Dante, Kramer), plus test and electronics work—using RS232/RS422/TCP/UDP, building test hardware, and documenting test procedures at Saab Seaeye. I also bring team leadership and delivery experience from my Technical Manager tenure, and I complement the technical side with video editing, motion graphics, and web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lua, Python, and web frameworks like Django and Wagtail).
