What I'm looking for
I’m a Compliance & Safety Specialist who helps organizations stay audit-ready and financially whole by turning regulatory requirements into clear, usable processes. At RMS Inc, I partnered with billing to resolve and recover over $100k of revenue tied to compliance errors, so compliance directly supports performance.
I restructure and create compliance policies company-wide to align with GDOT and FTA regulations, keeping teams consistent and reducing repeat risk. I lead internal audits of licenses, certifications, logs, and permits, preparing us for external audits and inspections with less disruption.
I bring an operational mindset to every audit cycle—tracking what’s required, validating what’s in place, and making sure documentation is ready when it matters. Previously, as a Billing & Revenue Cycle Coordinator, I processed NEMT service payments, managed denied claims, and improved reimbursement outcomes.
That billing experience strengthens how I handle compliance: I know where errors originate, how they impact payment, and how to close the loop between compliance and claims.
