I’m a Walmart Asset protection investigator conducting thorough investigations to identify and prevent theft and shrinkage. I focus on safety and compliance by monitoring safety equipment and emergency preparedness, including fire exits, extinguishers, and alarms. I also use computer systems to track incidents, generate reports, and manage alerts for potential safety or security issues.

I lead and train new hires and asset protection investigators on safety protocols and operational procedures. I supervise team activities to ensure employees adhere to safety standards and perform duties effectively. I also support inventory management across multiple locations to improve operational efficiency.

Before this, I worked as a Lube tech manager at 3 brothers tire shop, where I managed daily operations, including opening and closing, to keep workflow smooth and customers satisfied. I trained new hires on service procedures, safety standards, and customer interaction, and I handled service intake and cash management. I also ordered and stocked parts and tires, maintained inventory accuracy, set pricing for used tires, and performed maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire changes, and tire repairs.

I bring strong communication, problem solving, and a safety-first mindset to every shift. I’m committed to finding other ways to do a job, handling last-minute shifts, and stepping up whenever the team needs extra hours.
