I investigate 12 fraud categories—including account takeover (ATO), debit/credit card fraud, ACH disputes, and Zelle-related scams—while applying five-layer authentication on every interaction using LexisNexis multi-source identity verification, OTAC, password, transaction history validation, and knowledge-based authentication.
I keep every case audit-ready in Synergy, maintain escalation protocols and autonomous approve/escalate/flag decisions within defined risk authority, and execute Reg E-compliant dispute procedures across electronic fund transfer, ACH, and card fraud workflows.
Outside traditional banking, I founded Fresh Fit Fridge™ to build a workplace nutrition delivery system end-to-end—operational workflows, vendor coordination, fulfillment logistics, and client onboarding—using data-governed operations and an AI governance system (FEOS) to scale operational decisioning and document governance.
