What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service–focused role where I can apply strong communication and data accuracy, support users effectively, and keep learning. I want a collaborative team and technology-driven environment to contribute and grow.

I’m a recent Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. I bring hands-on experience in customer support, data management, and technology-driven projects.

In my capstone, I independently designed and developed a complete Point of Sale System with a Kitchen Display using PHP and MySQL, taking it from concept to implementation. That work reflects my initiative, accountability, and ability to deliver results end-to-end.

During my internship, I supported office employees with proper procedures for entering client information, maintained accurate records with a focus on data confidentiality and integrity, and responded to customer inquiries professionally. I’m composed under pressure, learn new systems quickly, and enjoy improving workflows through collaboration.
