What I'm looking for
I’m passionate about understanding Equity Bank - Kiambu Branch customer needs and helping them out with solutions that suits them. I promote and market Equity Easy banking products, guiding customers through mobile banking platforms to support trust and confidence in digital channels.
In my roles, I onboarded customers to mobile and digital banking platforms by providing clear guidance on registration, usage, and security best practices. I also conducted anti-fraud awareness education to help customers understand common scams and safe banking practices, while providing ongoing support.
