At Noordhoof Craniofacial Foundation–Mindanao, I coordinate patient and family care through assessments, counseling, treatment navigation, financial-aid access, and long-term case management.

I've spent more than 20 years supporting vulnerable individuals and communities through social work, safeguarding, psychosocial assessment, documentation, referrals, and multidisciplinary coordination. My work includes community outreach, advocacy, emergency response, and maintaining confidential, accurate case records.

With Action Against Hunger and the City Social Welfare and Development Office, I implemented community programs, organized trainings, coordinated with LGUs and partner agencies, and supported cases involving children, violence against women and children, and persons deprived of liberty.

I've also led and supported field research, baseline studies, project monitoring, enterprise development, and community organization with Ateneo de Davao University-linked initiatives, OIDCI, PBSP, and other development programs. I'm committed to practical, respectful services that strengthen families and communities.
