Crystel Mae Mondejar

I am a Registered Social Worker and recent graduate of Caraga State University with 1000 hours of supervised field practicum experience in local government social work. I have worked directly with individuals, families, groups, and communities performing assessments, case management, home visits, documentation, and intervention planning.

I apply core social work values and ethics to practice, with strengths in communication, administrative documentation, group facilitation, community organizing, and building inclusive relationships across diverse backgrounds. I have experience preparing case notes and reports for case conferences and supporting follow-up activities.
