At NTT Data, I designed an external API suite for the LifeSys platform and led integrations with external vendors for claims modernization. I also provided technical leadership for conversion and de-conversion efforts, account validation, and data integrity initiatives.
At Wex Health, I managed financial management solution implementations for insurance carriers and led Advanced Billing & Payment integration across 14 states. I supported Agile teams as Scrum Master, directed an Omaha data center migration, and oversaw release management and audit compliance.
Earlier at Dell, I used Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce annuity new-business cycle time by 75%. I also gathered requirements, authored LifeSys functional specifications, coordinated QA and offshore development resources, and trained new hires.
