I’m looking to lead and build in teams that value agile execution, clear SDLC ownership, and measurable outcomes—modernizing systems, handling complex integrations end-to-end, and bridging technical delivery with business impact.

I’m a senior software engineering professional with a 20-year foundation in application development, system modernization, and full-stack feature delivery. I’m a highly flexible problem-solver who has led agile teams, executed complex integrations, and streamlined critical business processes while keeping development tightly aligned with business goals.

At Megasys, I orchestrated end-to-end design and delivery of critical capabilities, including an event-driven real-time third-party repossession synchronization module, a custom screens framework powered by REST APIs, global lookup functionality, and a new document scanning system using C#, ASP.NET, and Svelte. I also contributed across the SDLC through peer code reviews, technical documentation, product demos, and training for clients and internal support teams.

At defi Solutions, I directed a 25-person cross-functional team through a high-stakes migration of the company’s largest client, transitioning from single-tenant on-prem infrastructure to a single-source multi-tenant Azure environment. I served as a technical anchor - mentoring, guiding architectural feature design, advising on complex troubleshooting, and resolving CI/CD pipeline issues - while facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and streamlined estimation.

As Director of IT at A&G Healthcare, I balanced strategic roadmap planning with hands-on development across a diverse tech stack including C#, VB.NET, and Azure. I also acted as a technical liaison during client sales meetings, translating complex capabilities into demos and insights, and I supported seamless integrations while monitoring and debugging to protect claims integrity.

Outside of work, I'm an avid golfer who loves finding ways to blend my technical skills with my passion for the game. I'm currently building a .NET MAUI app to track driving range practice statistics and tendencies, helping me bring the same data-driven mindset to my game that I bring to software.
