At Silente, I built a commercial reporting system from the ground up, bringing sales, revenue, returns, customers, products, and channels into a single source of truth. I also developed weekly financial forecasting models and restructured P&L and Cash Flow statements to support leadership decisions.

I've translated cross-functional needs across Finance, Commercial, and Operations into documented processes and training materials, including while coordinating teams during leadership absences. My economics background helps me evaluate costs, margins, pricing, profitability, and cash needs with a practical business lens.

I've also co-founded a personalized-products venture, where I defined commercial strategy, pricing, internal processes, and supplier relationships. I'm looking to bring my reporting, process optimization, and analysis experience to a fully remote Business Analyst, Business/Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role.
