Managed concurrent intrusion detection and access control installation projects across multiple USAF sites in the UK (each ~ $1M), coordinating technical and schedule requirements from planning through turnover. Cut a 1.5-year projected RAF Lakenheath outage to three months by building a custom Linux environment to restore data from corrupted drives after a Lenel database server crash.

Coordinated approvals with site leadership, including government and contractor travel and mission-impacting activities in an operational environment. Maintained mission floor plans and technical baselines (orders, drawings, equipment/software baselines, and implementation schedules) and supported installation, testing, and acceptance while ensuring compliance with approved installation criteria.

Supported sustainment of USAFE Vindicator systems with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and component-level support across the area of responsibility. Provided cyber security and network administration support for closed security systems in an overseas mission environment.

Coordinated modernization and integration of electronic security systems by prototyping, testing, and deploying resilient replacements for legacy end-of-life components. Led Agile/Scrum project planning for scope, risk, resources, and milestone status, and served as a liaison among OEMs, the customer, and company leadership.

Managed, tested, deployed, and maintained IDS, ACS, TASS, and Vindicator equipment to contract requirements in a sustained overseas support role. Analyzed expenditures to plan budgets and logistics, and directed receiving, shipping, deliveries, and warehouse accountability to sustain operational readiness and improve service and cost efficiency.
