What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a 100% remote role in customer service or technical support, focused on efficient incident resolution and clear written communication through chat, email, or ticketing systems.

I provided freelance hardware maintenance and technical support from 2020 to 2023, performing diagnostics and preventive and corrective maintenance on 50+ PCs and laptops.

I also configured hardware, upgraded components, and optimized systems for work, gaming, and productivity. My support included Windows, iOS, and Android, with malware removal, system recovery, and peripheral troubleshooting.

At Velas y Más, I coordinated inventory and stock control using Google Sheets and Excel, and supported customers in person and digitally. I also handled prospecting, negotiations, and sales closing at commercial events.
