What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and deploy AI-native products and operating systems, particularly in real estate and LatAm, where I can own go-to-market execution, lead remote teams, and apply finance, deal origination, and commercial strategy.

I'm building Veren Technologies, an AI-native real estate product for LatAm, taking it from concept to working software while owning product, strategy, and commercial motion end to end.

I designed an operating model around AI agents and deployed AI into a real estate industry driven by calls and unstructured messages. I also ran cold outreach to roughly 200 realtors, converting three paying clients.

Since 2015, I've run Caraballo-Campos Investments, originating real estate and infrastructure opportunities, building financial models and diligence materials, and leading remote teams across outbound, account management, and research. My work combines operations, deal origination, valuation, and go-to-market execution.
