At INSPIRA, I manage enterprise IT operations across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows file servers, and access policies.

I deploy Fortinet security tools, administer FortiGate firewalls, build virtual machines in Proxmox and VMware, and maintain DNS, DHCP, endpoint monitoring, backups, and recovery systems.

I also lead technical evidence gathering for SOC 2 Type II audits, penetration testing, risk assessments, and cybersecurity insurance compliance while supporting 3CX, GLPI, Moodle, EHRez, and Proclaim.

Previously, I taught computer repair and network administration at NUC University, supervised instructors and labs, and built hands-on technical support and repair experience in retail technology operations.
