What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Technician with hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, technical support, and customer service, supported by an Associate Degree in Network Technologies and Application Development from National University College (NUC).
In my current role, I train employees and management on application use and information security, set up accounts, and monitor mailbox security in Exchange and Defender. I also build and modify Dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (PowerApps) and integrate Microsoft Dynamics with Microsoft Outlook to synchronize user mailboxes with CRM.
I handle day-to-day infrastructure needs too—network maintenance (cabling, AP installation), routine computer maintenance (software updates, file cleaning, hardware cleaning), and VoIP phone and IP camera configuration. Earlier roles strengthened my operational and customer-facing discipline through warehouse inventory management with QuickBooks, FIFO supply handling, order dispatch, and reconciliation.
