I looking for a job that allows me to grow as an engineer, where I can get new knowledge and keep learning every day

I am a mechatronic engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering, I've experience as a manufacturing engineer and mechanical engineer in the automotive industry and currently, I am a manager of operations in a pool company. I have plenty of experience working with lean manufacturing tools to achieve continuous improvements in processes and get savings. Also, I'm an experienced design engineer in Solidworks (2d,3d, and simulations) and I've used python for data analysis for R&D.
