I've led the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of production machinery at Poliestirenos ELPI, while optimizing production parameters, managing material requirements, and maintaining operational continuity.

At Rodartek Technology, I managed up to four industrial projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary teams of approximately 30 people. I coordinated customers, suppliers, and technical procurement to develop more than 20 machines, stations, and integrated systems.

I work across the complete project cycle, from on-site assessment and conceptual design through manufacturing, testing, acceptance, and plant startup. My hands-on automation work includes PLC troubleshooting, HMI interfaces, VFDs, sensors, robotic cells, and electromechanical integration.

I've delivered measurable production results, including increasing automotive assembly output from 40 to 120 assemblies per shift, reducing press-process scrap by about 80%, and converting a manual line from four operators to one.
