I'm developing mechanical security products for Master Lock and Yale at Fortune Brands Innovation, leading concept-to-validation work, continuous-improvement projects, and product transitions across the US, China, and Mexico.
Previously at John Deere, I designed and integrated hydraulic components and complete routing systems for crop-care and seeding machinery. I created two patentable solutions, achieved 96% simulation accuracy with Automation Studio parametric models, and led more than 50 continuous-improvement initiatives that reduced cost per machine by 10%.
I bring hands-on experience in CAD, simulation, GD&T, validation, BOM management, and additive manufacturing. I've also mentored engineers, delivered hydraulic and CAD standards training, and supported testing in Mexico, Brazil, and the USA.
