I'm currently a Level 2 Support Engineer for CyberArk by Palo Alto Networks, supporting global enterprise customers across IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, and privileged access scenarios. I troubleshoot complex SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, MFA, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and CyberArk Identity incidents.

As Founder and CTO of Voltaris Tech, I lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, automation, web development, and digital transformation projects for small businesses and independent clients. I take projects from discovery and technical proposals through implementation, testing, documentation, training, and handoff.

At Cactus Feliz, I administered more than 300 technology assets at approximately 98% uptime, reduced critical incidents by about 40%, and improved LAN and structured cabling efficiency by approximately 25%.

I've also delivered enterprise IT support for more than 500 users at Sonda Mexico and built automation tools with PowerShell, Bash, Python, and VBA. I bring bilingual English and Spanish support experience, stakeholder communication, and a focus on operational continuity, cybersecurity, and practical business outcomes.
