What I'm looking for

I am seeking an ABA Recruiter role at a collaborative organization where I can use my ABA experience, recruitment and communication skills to connect clinicians with roles, support families, and grow professionally.

I have over four years of hands-on experience in applied behavior analysis, working as a Registered Behavior Technician and most recently as a Center Supervisor where I supported clinic operations, supervised staff, and covered client needs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

I train and mentor RBTs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and communicate regularly with families to address concerns and report progress. I also supported administrative tasks such as scheduling and ADP to improve clinic efficiency.

I hold current RBT and BLS certifications and am seeking to transition into an ABA Recruiter role where I can leverage my clinical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and passion for connecting qualified professionals with meaningful roles that support clients and families.
