What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting secure enterprise systems, cloud services, identity administration, and network infrastructure while solving complex technical issues and improving end-user reliability.

At Decisive Data Systems, I administer Windows, network, cloud, and identity services for more than 500 users nationwide. I support servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

I helped deploy 35 workstations and navigation simulation hardware for the MITAGS West Campus ECDIS lab upgrade. I also manage cybersecurity across 750+ devices through endpoint protection, antivirus, vulnerability management, patching, backup integrity, and security alerting.

I've resolved critical infrastructure issues alongside vendors and senior administrators during migrations, upgrades, and deployment rollouts. My network work includes firewalls, switches, Cisco wireless, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, NAT, and port forwarding.

Earlier, I maintained an 85% first-contact resolution rate while handling 100+ monthly Autotask tickets, trained users on Teams and OneDrive, and delivered AV operations for enterprise events with zero downtime.
