I’m a Remote Customer Service Representative who helps customers resolve product or service issues by determining the cause of problems and expediting corrections or adjustments. I also make product recommendations, inform existing customers of promotions, and process orders or billing.

Before Venmo, I worked as a Juvenile Detention Specialist/Juvenile Officer, acting as a bridge between law enforcement, the court system, and the community. I engage in prevention and intervention programs, supervising and monitoring behavior while instructing and orienting residents on person hygiene and general housekeeping.

I bring a strong customer-first mindset, clear communication, and hands-on experience supporting people in high-stakes situations. I’m authorized to work in the US and willing to relocate anywhere.
