What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote RN operations role where I can apply complex-care judgment, chart review, care coordination, and transitions-of-care experience in utilization review, case management, prior authorization, appeals, or care coordination.

I've coordinated complex patient care across Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare's Level II Trauma Center, Centurion Health, KH Nursing Services, Big Bend Hospice, and behavioral-health settings. My work includes acuity and level-of-care assessment, crisis response, transitions of care, home-infusion coordination, treatment-plan review, and regulatory documentation.

As a pod lead and preceptor, I've coordinated workflow for 4–5 nurses and collaborated with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support safe dispositions, escalations, and continuity of care. I'm pursuing remote RN operations work in utilization review, case management, prior authorization, appeals, and care coordination.
