At Frame Ventures, I own the P&L for a multi-site real estate and hospitality portfolio and scaled revenue from approximately $1M to more than $10M. I lead operations across six locations and a 150+ employee organization.

I repositioned and relaunched Hotel Stratford, driving gains in ADR, occupancy, and market share. I also implemented AI-enabled CRM, guest engagement, and workflow automation tools, improving efficiency by approximately 20%.
