I help financial services organizations turn strategy into measurable business value. With more than 20 years of international experience across Brazil and Canada, I partner with executive teams to lead enterprise transformation, accelerate growth, and improve business performance.
Across my roles—most recently as Associate Principal at Linea Solutions and previously as a Senior Manager at Accenture—I bridge strategy and execution through enterprise program transformation. I lead efforts that include operating model redesign, go-to-market strategy, Value Management Office (VMO) implementation, and digital transformation.
