What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my federal HR policy, compliance, workforce analytics, and employee-service experience to improve HR processes, strengthen partnerships, and support informed leadership decisions.

I've supported the Department of the Army, Department of Defense, National Institutes of Health, Novavax, and small-business clients with federal HR policy, workforce analysis, employee relations, and compliance.

At Hyperion supporting the Department of the Army, I serve as a Veteran's Preference policy subject matter expert, provide workforce metrics and analysis to senior leadership, and draft official responses to federal policy changes. I use Excel, Tableau, and ETMS2 to analyze large datasets and support informed decisions.

Previously, I improved HR processes and employee experiences through accommodation reviews, HR data accuracy, onboarding, benefits education, hiring-package compliance, and policy implementation. I established a COVID-19 compliance policy and tracking system that achieved 98 percent reporting compliance.

I've also delivered benefits presentations for 50–100 new employees and resolved high volumes of complex benefits inquiries. I bring experience translating complex HR requirements into clear guidance, practical processes, and responsive customer support.
