I’m a Software Quality Engineer who’s intellectually curious and always eager to learn new concepts. I bring exceptional communication and a relentless focus on improving software reliability through testing that’s both strategic and measurable.

In my QA work, I spearheaded manual testing for multiple medical practices and reduced errors. I developed a suite of over 39 automated tests and integrated them into their CI/CD pipeline, and I also built another suite of over 100 front-end tests—improving team agility while minimizing bugs.

I architect and maintain end-to-end automation using Playwright and TypeScript, cutting manual test time by 75% and significantly increasing test coverage. I author comprehensive test plans to ensure 100% requirement traceability, lead regression and release integrity efforts, and aim for a zero-leakage goal for major production releases.

Before focusing fully on software quality, I worked as a Wire Technician and used hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to repair and support FTTP, FTTN, and copper installations, while training others and resolving customer issues. Across roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments, I’ve consistently combined operational leadership with collaboration—translating feedback into actionable improvements for engineering.
