Jonathan Selorm selorm
@jonathanselormselorm
Materials engineering graduate student specializing in additive manufacturing and materials characterization for sustainable ceramics.
What I'm looking for
I am a materials engineering graduate student with hands-on experience in additive manufacturing, ceramic processing, and nanomaterials synthesis. I combine laboratory rigor with multidisciplinary collaboration to advance sustainable semiconductor and ceramic materials.
My research has included cold sintering, ultra-high temperature sintering, and polymer-derived SiOC ceramics, with comprehensive characterization using SEM, FTIR, EDX, TGA, XRD, gas adsorption (BET/BJH), mechanical testing, and nanoindentation.
I have contributed to two publications, demonstrating my ability to execute experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to the scientific community.
I work well independently and in teams, bring practical lab skills (sample preparation, pyrolysis, sintering processes), and seek opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge research in sustainable materials and energy-storage-related ceramics.
