At AC Farma, I work in pharmacy operations while designing technology solutions to improve sales, customer service, and operational processes. I turn operational bottlenecks into software tools and automated workflows, then test them in real-world pharmacy settings.

I designed and developed AC INTELIGENTE, a pharmacy sales intelligence platform connecting operational systems with cloud services. It processes sales and product data to identify opportunities such as customer reactivation and expiring stock.

I also founded NERVO, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for customer operations and automated scheduling. I developed its authentication and permissions systems and implemented architecture for AI-assisted support with escalation to human support.

My other work includes WhatsApp-based customer messaging automation, web tools, and Unity gameplay prototypes. I bring a pharmacy operations background to technical troubleshooting, integrations, and building practical solutions for business users.
