I'm looking to lead the architecture and evolution of reliable backend, integration, automation, and conversational AI products, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership, client collaboration, and operational ownership.

At SoftMarketing, I lead the development and operation of customer-service, integration, and automation platforms for clients including Unimed Curitiba and Sanepar.

I build and sustain Node.js and TypeScript REST APIs, conversational AI solutions, chatbots, LLM agents, WhatsApp integrations, and omnichannel platforms with RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL databases, and real-time operational workflows.
