I've also developed SaaS platforms for scheduling and promissory-note management with React, TypeScript, REST APIs, authentication, and Docker.
At Farmácia Pague Menos, I supported and evolved corporate systems used across the store network. I investigated and resolved incidents in critical applications, point-of-sale systems, and invoice issuance processes while collaborating with development, support, and fiscal teams.
