I'm looking to contribute my telecom field delivery, RAN modernization, RF optimization, and project coordination experience to multi-vendor network projects where I can improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Technical Support – Project Management
Deliver remote technical support across distributed project teams, troubleshooting issues via virtual channels, maintaining shared documentation, and coordinating stakeholders across time zones to keep deliverables on schedule. Tools: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Data/Business Analyst
Remotely analyze business data to uncover trends and build cloud-based reports/dashboards, translating insights into actionable recommendations shared asynchronously with distributed stakeholders. Tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Python (pandas), Google Sheets.

Product Management
Support the product lifecycle remotely — gathering requirements via virtual stakeholder sessions, prioritizing roadmap features, and coordinating with distributed engineering/design teams through async and real-time collaboration. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, ProductPlan, Slack, Zoom.

Telecom Sites Engineering Upgrade
Remotely plan and coordinate telecom site infrastructure upgrades (antennas, base stations, power systems), directing on-site field teams virtually and validating post-upgrade performance through remote monitoring tools.
