In an independent coaching-market research project, I reviewed 2,117 comments across 70 videos and mapped 180 competitor offers to create a sourced language bank of 129 customer quotes. I start with how readers actually think, behave, and describe their problems—not assumed pain points—and turn that evidence into positioning, subject lines, and copy that moves readers toward action.
