In my current IT NOC Engineer role, I investigate enterprise incidents involving connectivity, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network availability. I use ManageEngine OpManager and NetFlow Analyzer to monitor infrastructure and help isolate faults.

Previously, as a Desktop Supervisor, I supported users in a Windows environment of approximately 3,600 PCs and handled Active Directory administration and SysAid ITSM records. I'm CompTIA Network+ certified, with earlier desktop support experience at PanAsiatic Solutions Inc.
