What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT operations, technical support, systems administration, or network infrastructure role where I can maintain reliable systems, troubleshoot technical issues, support secure infrastructure, and continue developing my hands-on skills.

I've supported IT operations at Microchip Philippines by monitoring system tools, maintaining hardware and user records, and producing status visualizations and technical documentation for faster fault identification.

At CEAT Center for Technological Innovation – R&D, I conducted physical hardware testing, component evaluations, and equipment troubleshooting while documenting diagnostic procedures and maintenance workflows.

I've built Active Directory and virtual network environments on Windows Server 2022, including domain controllers, user provisioning, DNS, DHCP, password policies, and recovery workflows. I've also configured Cisco routers and switches with VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, ACLs, and connectivity diagnostics.

As a Computer Engineering graduate, I also developed secure inventory and resource-management workflows using ASP.NET Core Blazor and Microsoft SQL Server, with RBAC, 2FA, logging, and auditing capabilities.
