At Ursa Health, I focused on data engineering for its healthcare data analytics platform. As Director, Technical Services, I directed ELT architecture decisions for Ursa Studio and designed reusable integration frameworks to streamline client onboarding.
I also led client discovery and technical assessments, translating business needs into designs aligned with Ursa’s master data model. I partnered with sales and client success on proofs of concept and integration assessments, and connected client delivery with product engineering.
At UnitedHealth Group, I developed real-time clinical data interfaces from hospitals, clinics, and payers to Optum using HL7 v2 and CCDs. I also drove clinical data model design and led data acquisition strategy for ACO Quality Measures calculations.
Earlier at The Advisory Board Company, I worked on integrations for Crimson Care Management, combining claims, EMR, and real-time data for population health workflows. I developed data transformation and processing models using Python, SSIS, and PHP.
