What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an office-based role where I can use my data entry, documentation, organizational, computer, recordkeeping, and customer service skills.

I've managed customer communication, service records, and day-to-day operations through independent residential pressure-washing work since February 2024.

At Sal Zito Heating and Cooling, I supported HVAC service work while documenting and organizing customer names, addresses, and service information. My background also includes receiving and customer support at Burlington Coat Factory, where I sorted merchandise, moved inventory, and helped customers locate products.

In commercial printing roles at NJ Business Forms and Unimac Graphics, I maintained production logs, tracked paper usage, documented defects, and supported web press operations. I'm now seeking an office-based role where I can apply my data entry, documentation, organization, computer, and customer service skills.
