I've built and managed real estate acquisitions and investment portfolios across Brazil and the United States, including R$150M+ across 10 assets for Grupo Sorriso.
At Grupo Sorriso, I run the acquisition pipeline end to end—from origination and underwriting through Board presentations, negotiation, and closing—and increased rental income by 80% in my first year through lease renegotiation and active tenant management. Previously, I managed an R$80M+ family-office portfolio and developed long-term relationships with institutional investors, banks, and developers across Brazil.
I've also sourced and closed US rural land acquisitions for Olmstead Properties, building its pipeline from scratch while working remotely in English. As a co-founder and commercial director, I built sales operations, partnerships, and playbooks from the ground up.
