What I'm looking for

I help landowners, developers, and investors structure real estate projects in Brazil—building investment theses, financial models, and fundraising strategies for equity and structured debt with disciplined execution.

I structure real estate developments and investment deals in Brazil, with a focus on translating land and ideas into disciplined investment opportunities. My work spans market intelligence, product definition, financial modeling, corporate structuring, and fundraising.

I partner with developers, landowners, family offices, and investment funds to carry projects from concept through capital raising and execution. Across my career, I’ve contributed to initiatives totaling more than USD 6.5 billion in value across real estate, renewable energy, industry, financial services, and technology.

Previously, I’ve operated as an international executive in a global industrial group and as a senior consultant at KPMG, including work tied to turnaround, privatizations, and international expansion across the USA, Europe, India, and Japan. I was also a Rocket Practitioner focused on mentoring.

Today, I lead deal and project structuring as a Partner at Lemos & Freire and a Senior Partner at InterCapital. I concentrate on real estate development structuring, investment theses and financial modeling, fundraising (equity and structured debt), M&A and asset sales, and governance and partner structuring.
