As Managing Director at XMA Capital, I lead capital-raising, M&A, debt restructuring, investment analysis, portfolio management, risk controls, governance, and financial reporting initiatives. I work closely with entrepreneurs, investors, funds, and family offices to structure transactions, allocate capital, and support strategic financial decisions.

My background also includes leading U.S. real estate investments at Orange Clover Invest and building Brazil–U.S. fundraising and investor-relations operations at Transcendent Investments Management. Earlier in my career, I originated and managed private-equity investments and portfolio strategies in Brazil.

I am particularly interested in CFO, Head of Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, and investment leadership opportunities where I can combine financial strategy with hands-on execution, capital allocation, fundraising, M&A, governance, and growth.
