What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support reliable enterprise systems through systems analysis, application support, API integration, testing, documentation, and collaboration with users and technical stakeholders.

I support National ID authentication solutions at the Philippine Statistics Authority, helping government relying parties onboard and integrate with authentication services.

I analyze integration and business-process workflows, gather requirements, test and monitor API connections, validate results, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams. I also document processes, technical issues, requirements, and integration outcomes to support reliable operations.

My earlier work across the Department of Agriculture and GameOps Inc. strengthened my experience in reporting, quality assurance, data management, documentation, operational monitoring, and user support.
