At NWU Enterprises, I’m currently leading development of a case-management platform with a R800,000 budget, built around a rapport-based interviewing methodology. I’m a founding IT team member, reporting to the CEO and contributing the IT perspective to executive discussions.
I’ve managed development of Share2Teach.com and an internal teaching and learning app, working with end users on product decisions. I also led the company-wide migration to Microsoft 365 and co-scoped, configured, and rolled out the organisation’s Zoho ERP alongside a colleague.
At North-West University, I acted as a Junior Project Manager and Advisor to students developing software products, and taught systems analysis and design and decision support systems part-time. I’m PRINCE2 certified and completing an MSc in Computer Science at North-West University.
