John Enderle

I’m a 3D Environment Artist with 6+ years of experience creating immersive, high-quality game environments. I’m passionate about building visually compelling worlds that enhance gameplay and storytelling while collaborating closely with development teams to bring creative visions to life.

At UNIGHT LLC, I designed and implemented detailed 3D models, textures, and custom shaders for game environments, and I managed asset integration into game engines to maintain visual fidelity and performance. I’ve also optimized models and textures, participated in iterative review cycles, and worked with engineers and QA to troubleshoot technical issues that impacted the team.

Before that, I freelanced from 2019–2023, producing and selling game-ready 3D environments and props while managing the full art pipeline from concept to final delivery. I use tools like Unreal Engine, Substance Painter/Designer, Blender, and SpeedTree, and I’ve even shared my work through an 80 Level publication on a procedural sci-fi material created in Substance 3D Designer.
