I've led three Scrum teams at Aerivo through a major technology-stack revamp for three flagship aviation software products, including software deployed at Heathrow and progressing through SAT/UAT at four additional airports.

I improve delivery flow by facilitating Scrum, introducing Scrumban, removing impediments, and moving teams to CI/CD pipelines with automated testing. This increased release frequency from weekly to twice weekly, and daily when needed.

Previously, I owned Baggage Management and Reconciliation Systems at ADB SAFEGATE Airport Systems, supporting more than 20 airports. My product leadership and customer engagement helped secure Heathrow and Zurich contract renewals worth £12m+ and reduce hardware costs by 50%.

My aviation software background began at Ultra Electronics and easyJet, where I delivered product training, installations, operational support, and customer workshops. I bring practical airport-domain knowledge, clear communication, and a focus on reliable software delivery.
