I’m simple, good product+good people=happy me.

I work with Scutum North America customers to assess physical security needs and design access control and video surveillance solutions.

I lead technical discovery, system implementation, and configuration, serving as the primary contact through onboarding and post-install support. I coordinate technicians, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, complete deployments, and help customers optimize systems and plan upgrades.

Before Scutum, I spent 17 years at Brewers Distribution as an Account Manager and Sales Team Leader. I led cross-functional teams, supported system rollouts and digital ordering tools, resolved customer and process escalations, and trained team members on systems, workflows, and customer engagement.

My Marine Corps service as a Combat Engineer shaped my approach to training, safety, logistics, and technical operations under pressure.
