I'm a Business Transformation Consultant specialising in change management, enterprise system adoption and AI adoption. Over the last five years at Accenture and KPMG, I've helped global organisations move from "the technology is installed" to people actually using it well, building on an earlier background in recruiting, talent planning and HR business partnering. Highlights: - AI adoption: led AI-readiness and governance for a Microsoft Copilot rollout at KPMG Malta, running readiness sessions, mapping workflows to find automation opportunities, and building usage guidelines, data-handling guardrails and adoption tracking. - Change management: led end-to-end change for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre implementation, from impact assessments and communication roadmaps to training and adoption. - Enterprise systems: worked on Workday HCM (certified) and Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including fit-gap sessions, process design (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS), SOPs, user personas, UAT and large-scale training programmes for a 140k+ employee organisation. - Operating models and org design: designed scalable operating models and a Shared Services model, and led job levelling and role architecture for a new delivery centre. - Proposals: wrote change management and transformation sections of client RFPs for ERP and AI (Copilot, Gemini) implementations, estimating deliverables, effort and costs. Industries: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, E-commerce and professional services. I also use AI hands-on in my own work: prompt engineering and AI agents (Claude Code, Skills, Subagents) to automate parts of my workflow. My psychology degree shapes how I approach change: I focus on how people actually work and what makes new processes stick. What I'm looking for: remote roles in change management, AI adoption and enablement, digital or business transformation, business analysis or implementation consulting.
