What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate laboratory and customer insights into product strategy, portfolio growth, go-to-market execution, and successful scientific workflow adoption in an international, cross-functional environment.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I lead product discovery and Voice of Customer cycles for pharma-focused laboratory portfolios in France and Belgium. I translate sales, market-share, customer, and competitive data into portfolio priorities, positioning, go-to-market plans, and product input.

My work has contributed to double-digit year-over-year portfolio revenue growth above €10M in 2025, a +1.5pp market-share gain, and progress from the #3 to #2 market position. I work across Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Sales to support NPI launches, commercial enablement, KOL collaborations, and local market adoption.

Previously at Shimadzu, I connected field requirements in France with R&D teams in Germany and Japan to develop chromatography workflow solutions. My PhD research with LVMH Research built my foundation in analytical chemistry, experimental design, data analysis, and industry-partnered laboratory methods.
