At SAM Service, I provide quotes for repairs and equipment installs, create purchase orders, and work with technicians and distributors to source equipment. I’m responsible for inventory at the Suwanee branch and have created processes and lists to track part returns and warranties.
At Chick-Fil-A in Stephenville, I oversaw kitchen operations for a restaurant with $7,500,000+ in annual sales. I coached and developed team members and leaders, upheld food safety standards, and reviewed P&L statements to identify food cost opportunities.
My work at Chick-Fil-A also included developing training plans and processes to prevent overproduction and waste. Customer satisfaction scores ranked in the top 20% of Chick-Fil-A locations nationwide, with some specific scores in the top 10%.
Earlier, I worked as an order filler at Walmart Distribution Center and Ben E. Keith, assembling orders and cross-training across warehouse areas. I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Western Governors University, with expected graduation in August 2027.
